Floral deco plate

Vintage wall deco plate in floral motif with green blooming rose at the centre. There is no specific mark written on the plate, and I am not sure if it is a printed or hand painted pattern. The plate has two holes at the back to the top to easily add a ribbon for wall hanging and decorated with pretty gold guilds to the scalloped reticulated edges.
